This was the VM-In attempt to avoid initial appearance before the magistrate judge for a federal criminal offense so before this matter goes to federal claims court house or you get arrested kindly call us back on the same number immediately. I called back asked what my address was, they said I lived in a city I've never lived it. Told them I was reporting, party had heavy middle eastern dialect.Call Type: Scam

I received the same threatening Social Security related call as noted below on Jul 24, 2019 (as a message, i avoid picking up the phone these days). It had some added warning about being arrested soon if i didn't respond immediately (paraphrased).Call Type: Scam

I also received a message on my answering machine at home. However, when I attempted to call from my office phone, it just automatically goes to the busy signal & disconnects. Received this same type of call a1-2 yrs ago, & report to SSA office. After explaining to them the contents of the call, was transferred to the FBI agent who took additional information. A couple of months later, saw in my AARP magazine, that an investigation regarding this issue was in the process of being investigated.Call Type: Scam
